"I appeal to you, therefore, brothers and sisters, by the mercies of God to present your bodies as a living sacrifice, holy and acceptable to God, which is your spiritual worship" Romans 12:1
Worship happens on Sunday at 10:30 a.m. in the Sanctuary. Beautiful music, inspiring sermons, thoughtful prayers, honest confession, and a word of blessing shape our worship experience. Mystery and wonder mix together with warmth and welcome to create the perfect space for you to come - as you are - and encounter the living God.
At 8:30 a.m. during the summer (finished for the 2016 summer) we have an informal worship service to celebrate the Lord's Supper on the Johnstone Patio. Everyone is welcome.
We have increased the amount of time our children participate in worship. Half-way through the service, after a Time for Young Disciples, 3 and 4-year-olds are invited to a time of structured play, while 5-year-olds through 5th graders are invited to participate in children's choir practice. Children are also welcome to remain in worship for the entire service.
On Sundays when communion is celebrated, children are invited stay in worship for the entire service. Read the following letter to learn about when and how children are encouraged to particpate in communion. LETTER TO FAMILIES
